Day 1
Ok guys after a long flight threw munich and toronto finally i'm
there...nobody to hug me..i'm in a foreign country and i don't know
anybody..the closest personn i know leave at seattle...not cool!! so
there is the cab, nice guy and 40 $ the ride...so finally i'm at the
place i found on www.roomiematches.com nice building and
neighborhood...it's located at burnaby about 15 minutes away from
downtown vancouver by skytrain....so i buzz...my future roomate doesn't
respond...fuck it's 1 am i'm 3 hours late because of canada
airlines...maybe my roomate left or is sleeping...then she finally
answered, told me to take the elevator and she'll be waiting for me..i
show up...she's not there..maybe i'm at the wrong floor..so finally, i
don't know why, i go to the basement ...where i stay stuck my baggage
inside the elevator...no way to go out, and need a key to take the
elevator...fucking scary...happinessly i had my roomate 's cell phone
number , and she saved me ( waited there 5 mn though...with the
elevator going up and my baggage still there....so finally i'm here,
alive and not ruined! i can go to sleep on the great air mattress...
